When I started as a service consultant here, my trainer informed me that our details and chip protection services were outsourced but performed within the building. After having held a few advisor positions within multiple dealerships, I've seen the quality of work produced when a detail shop isn't managed well. My experience with Iden's has been fabulous. I called and inquired about their services. They immediately set me up with an account, guided me through their website and how to schedule –so streamlined and professional. I scheduled a job the following week. We were running behind on the reassembly so I called in the morning and they adjusted their schedule. We dropped it off and a few hours later we were called to pick it up. Superb workmanship and extremely professional!

I can’t find the superlatives to describe how pleased I am with your dealership! This past week I had a complete detail done along with my 90k service. Your detail department did an absolutely awesome job! This Highlander was used like a pickup truck, hauling everything from lumber to siding and sheetrock. I had two vehicles detailed at Iden's in the past few months. Both were over 200,000 miles and very dirty. They both turned out spectacular. I even got comments from people asking if I got a new truck. They didn’t even recognize it was mine!
